Occasio Cortez Yoho
Ocasio-Cortez, Democrat of New York, confirmed the exchange on Twitter on Tuesday, though a spokesman for Mr. Yoho later denied that the congressman had called her any names, saying he had. Washington — Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a Democrat from New York, fired back on Thursday against a GOP congressman who reportedly called her a profane name earlier this week, saying. In Ocasio-Cortez’s birthplace of the Bronx, such an action would be perceived as Yoho’s request to be slapped up and down the Concourse. But the Congresswoman with the red lips had a better.
This b--ch from the Bronx ain’t having it.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) shot down Rep. Ted Yoho’s tortuous semi-apology for calling her a “f---ing b--ch” after a spat on the steps of the U.S. Capitol.
“Yoho is refusing responsibility,” AOC wrote on Twitter. “This is not an apology.”

I will not teach my nieces and young people watching that this an apology, and what they should learn to accept.

— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) July 22, 2020Ocasio-Cortez, who trolled Yoho (R-Fla.) a day earlier by saying “b---ches get stuff done,” trashed him for failing to even mention her name in his pseudo-I’m sorry speech.
The conservative lawmaker took the House of Representatives floor to apologize “for the abrupt manner of the conversation I had with my colleague from New York.”
“It is true that we disagree on policies and visions for America but that does not mean we should be disrespectful,” Yoho said.

Even as he said he was sorry, Yoho claimed that he is very conscious of the dangers of “offensive name-calling.”
“Having been married for 45 years with two daughters, I’m very cognizant of my language,” he said.
He suggested that was not referring to AOC when he uttered the misogynistic epithet seconds after walking away from the argument, although he did not exactly deny it, either.
“The words attributed to me by the press were never spoken to my colleagues,” said Yoho.
Yoho faced off with AOC Monday and called her “disgusting” for suggesting that a recent spike in New York City crime could be attributed to hungry parents shoplifting food for their families.
Ocasio-Cortez reportedly fired back by calling Yoho “rude.”

That’s when the Florida guy stalked off. A reporter overheard him use the b-word.
Yoho was immediately hit with a wave of criticism and calls for an apology.
Several male colleagues posted that they agree with AOC’s stance on crime, and noted that Yoho had not seen fit to confront them.
